She was in a safe place, staff were always helpful.
Art therapy sessions have been very good for Hannah. We were given family therapy sessions which have proved very helpful.

We received good care and support at an extremely difficult time after my daughter was admitted after a high risk crisis. It was sometimes difficult to work out what was happening and get information about the 'pain' but in time it all became clear. Some staff seemed less understanding than others but overall the care was excellent. It would be good to have information about the psychological assessment as we did not know this was happening. Overall thank you for everything.

This time it was a lot more consistent as she was encouraged more to stick with the treatment. She has made really positive progress.
